Regina Bernstein began her training and transformation with The Light of Life® in 1998. She studied with founder and renowned “Healer’s Healer” Howard Y. Lee, opening her own practice, The Light and Longevity, in 2004.
Ms. Bernstein is gratified at the truly remarkable and transformative results she has had with her patients and students. By utilizing The Light of Life, Ms. Bernstein helps people achieve physical, emotional, creative, and spiritual health through her private Healing Practice, offering The Light of Life treatments and by teaching Longevity Energetic classes in the Los Angeles area.

Studied Choy Lai Fut system of Kung Fu, a Healer’s Martial Art, under Howard Y. Lee.
Completed Howard Y. Lee’s professional program “Healing with Light”.
Became an accredited Senior Longevity Energetic® Instructor, allowing her to not only teach Longevity Energetic classes to students but to teach future instructors enrolled in the Light of Life Longevity Instructor’s Association course, as well as continuing education classes for established Instructors.
Founding Member of the Light of Life Longevity Instructor’s Association® in addition to serving on the Association’s Board of Directors; an organization developed to enhance the efforts of Longevity Energetic Instructors worldwide, helping them maintain proficiency, integrity, and standards of practice.
A representative for The Light of Life Institute® in North America, producing workshops and seminars for Howard Y. Lee and The Institute for those interested in bringing Howard Y. Lee and The Light of Life works to their cities.
